I came home one day to find the outdoor a/c unit making a loud buzzing sound and the fan wasn't turning. Inside our home, it was 89 degrees. I called Empire Heating and Air Conditioning, and got an appointment for the next day. Not only was Jacoby able to fix our a/c unit that day, but he also showed us that the outlet to the unit wasn't up to code (and was a fire hazard). We were able to get that repair as well in only a matter of days, and with professional and friendly service. Will definitely be giving this team a call for any future heating and cooling needs!

Not the cheapest but when you make a call at 9:00 and he shows up at 11:00 and done by 11:30 - hey- you get what you pay for. In this case - pay and get good ,friendly,knowledgable service.
